  • "Are your T-shirts true to size?"  Our shirts are an athletic fit and are typically 50/50 cotton and poly.  If you are in-between sizes, we recommend sizing up.
  • "How do I exchange or return an item?"  Please mail your unworn/unwashed merchandise to us - One More Wave PO Box 420283 San Diego, CA 92142. Please include a note with what you would like to exchange to and your order #
  • "I'm not paying X$ to ship a sticker!  You should use an envelope and a stamp!"   We use the US Postal service and that organization sets the prices not One More Wave.  You are paying for a high quality sticker we don't want it damaged, so we use a "rigid mailer" to ensure you get your sticker in good condition. 
  • "I like the "Ride the Wave You’re Given" T-shirt but I would like it in purple, please print mine on a purple shirt".  We don't print custom individual T-shirts but several of our shirts come in multiple colors.  
  • "I commented on an Instagram post I saw with a question about my order and no-one responded". If you have questions please reach out via email (shopping@onemorewave.com, admin@onemorewave.com) so we can sort out the issue.  Asking questions on a Facebook/Instagram add may take longer for us to find and answer or could get blocked by Meta.
  • "I received an email from the USPS that my package had been delivered but I haven't received it."  Many times , we have found, the Post Office will send out those emails up to 2/3 days before they deliver.  Sometimes they have dropped it off with your neighbor.  If you receive that email please wait a couple days then reach out , we can look up your order via the tracking number but we have ZERO oversight of what the post office is up to.  After long delays we can help out by filing a claim with the USPS.
